Namaste is a Sanskrit word meaning the
Divine in me honors the Divine in you. It
was chosen as my name because I want to
honor the differences in each of us while
sharing our common underlying beliefs.
I moved to Boerne four years ago with the
dream of creating a retreat center focusing
on body, mind, and spirit. This began to
manifest with the purchase of the house next
door.
Located just 20 miles north of San
Antonio and 100 miles west of Austin in the
Texas Hill Country this lovely property
overlooks the natural bluffs carved out by
Cibolo Creek, and backs up to a nature
conservatory. We offer day retreat space for
meetings and workshops and overnight
accommodations. Two kitchens are available
for your use or we can provide meals. The
space began as two houses, one being built
in the 1940’s. The charm of the era remains
with a period kitchen and a claw foot tub in
one bath. This section sleeps 12 and is
connected to the newer wing with a large
dining room, covered porch and deck.
A large conference room with open kitchen
and attached sunken living room, bedroom and
bath make up the newer west wing. This
is an ideal venue for small groups to hold
meetings, workshops or overnights retreats.
You may bring your own organized retreat or
we can personalize your retreat for you. We
do offer day spa treatments such as massage,
Cranial Sacral, and other body work,
including Reiki, Shin Jyutsu and classes in
yoga, nia, qigong, tai chi upon request.

The whole house sleeps 18 to 20 and we can
also accommodate singles and/or couples in
the star room and red lady room w/kitchen
with last minute notice on weekends or
during the week.
Groups and Organizations church groups, preschools, teachers, yogis,
artist, writers, birders, individual mini
sabbaticals, girls getaways, birthday
parties, family reunions, business and
organizational meetings are just some of the
many retreats that have enjoyed this
peaceful, beautiful Texas Hill Country
retreat.
The 1500 square foot deck and large
covered porch gives you a perfect
opportunity to just sit and relax, read,
sketch, or watch the assorted wildlife.
Depending on the time of the year the
retreat offers glimpses of wild turkey,
deer, turtles, raccoons, opossum, fox,
armadillo, ducks, a variety of birds and
fish. The Boerne City Lake in Boerne TX is
within walking distance most times of the
year. A mineral springs pool, and hot tub
add to the outdoor experience.
